Jeff is no nonsense, straight to the point, helpfull, friendly and very good at what he does, we didnt get our loan the first time, he told us to try again 6 months later, and sure enough was right on the money. I am so thankfull we found his website, we have the lifestyle of our dreams now thanks to Jeffs perserverance, like a dog with a bone, never gives up, THANK YOU JEFF . Absolutely Fantastic! This is the 3rd time we have used Jeff. Mortgage 1 was a difficult situation, but he made it fairly easy. Mortgage 2 was simple & sorted in a heartbeat. Mortgage 3, thanks to our personal complications, could only be described as near impossible. But Jeff worked his magic & got us a great home loan deal that is saving us thousands each month. Jeff has helped with re-financing our mortgage for some renovation work on our home and has been excellent from the start. Always quick to answer any questions or queries. All the paperwork and dealings with our bank have all been very efficient and trouble free. Even after our re-financing was sorted Jeff has been very helpful with some advice and ongoing support. Filled out form online - he rang back immediately it was received. Super fast. Said he'd ring me the next day. Got an email next evening saying none of the banks were willing. So, can't work miracles.....but he seemed helpful. We have since got a mortgage now via our first bank due to some pleading and more fees.
